Refund policy

If ordering any custom item and you are not pleased with said order we cannot refund the order as we cannot resell said item. In the situation of it being the wrong picture or design sent we will refund the order or send out a new order. You can get a full refund if no materials were gotten for your order as yet. Please be mindful of what you are ordering and insure you leave all correct information so there wouldn't be any need for a refund or return. If insisting on returning the item you can email us and we will forward you the return address. Please be patience with us as this is a small business
